Your customers can attach files (eg. an invoice or bill) when completing payment requests. You can download these attachments in the Request area of your Plastiq Accept account.
- Click Request on the navigation sidebar.
- Select the payment request from your list. A panel showing the payment request details will be displayed on the right-hand side.
- Any available files will be shown in the space labeled Attachments on this panel. Click the file name to begin downloading the attachment.
