Yes, Plastiq Accept is free for the starting tier! Certain premium features such as multiple business landing pages and same-day funds will be available as upgrades in the near future.
Do my customers need to have a Plastiq account to make a payment?
Yes. Before your customer makes a payment, they'll go through a quick, one-time sign-up. We are currently developing a “Guest Checkout” option for your customers.
How do I view incoming payments via Plastiq?
Plastiq lets you monitor incoming payments in real-time. You receive an email confirmation when your customer successfully submits their payment to you. You can also view the payment in your account's Payments section and track it, all the way up to when those funds are deposited in your bank account.
Can I send invoices and payment reminders using Plastiq?
Yes, the payment request feature allows you to send invoices to your customers. You can also resend request emails to remind customers of an upcoming or overdue payment.
What information does Plastiq share with my customers?
Plastiq does not share your bank information with your customers. Your customers just need your account's payment link to make a payment to you. When making payments, they can only see your business name, routing number, and last four digits of your account number for verification purposes.
