What qualifies as a "Club Membership" payment?
Payments to sporting clubs such as yacht, golf, or athletic clubs fall under this payment type. However, payments to organizations such as fraternal, religious or trade groups would not qualify.
Do child care services fall under "Education"? What about student loans?
Yes, they do. However, a payment for child support or an alimony payment would not qualify as a "child care service". Student loans do not fall under "Education", but tuition payments do qualify.
What falls under the "Utilities" payment type?
Generally, payments to public utilities qualify under the "Utilities" payment type. That means payments to companies for water, sewer, trash, electricity and natural gas. Payments for purchases of fuel or heating oil do not qualify as "Utilities" payments.
