The Account Settings section can be accessed by clicking Settings at the bottom of your account's navigation sidebar. Within this section, you can change any profile details associated with your account such as your name, email address and phone number. You also have the option of updating your password and enabling or disabling the 2-SA security feature.
- To make adjustments to your account settings, click the Edit button within the section you wish to make changes.
|

- Clicking Edit will prompt you to verify your request to change account details. If you've completed your 2-SA check already at sign-in, you will not be prompted for this authorization. Once you've confirmed that it's you making these changes, you won't have to verify for any other edits on this page.
Plastiq will send a verification code to the phone number associated with your account. Enter this code and click Verify to authorize the edits.

Plastiq will direct any communications relating to your account or its payments using the email address you provide. If you change your email address, you will need to use the new email address for future sign-in attempts.

Change Your Password
- You can update your login password at any time within the Password & Security section. We recommend following our tips for creating a secure password to help keep your account secure from unauthorized access.
All passwords are required to be eight characters minimum and include one symbol or number. If your new password does not meet these requirements, the change will not be accepted. To save the update, click the Save button in the upper right-hand corner.
|

Adjust 2-SA Settings
- Enable or disable your 2-SA settings in the section labeled 2-Step Authentication. You also have an option to switch how Plastiq sends your 2-SA verification code: via text or via a phone call. To save your changes, click the Save button in the upper right-hand corner.
We highly recommend keeping your 2-SA security feature enabled to enhance the security of your Plastiq account.
