If you have difficulty logging into your Plastiq account, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps.
Reset a Password
- If you're unable to recall your account's password, please consider the following:
A) Are you using the correct email address? Is this the same address you provided when creating your account? If you created your account using another email address, click "Sign in with a different email."
B) Have you recently changed your password on this account? If you need to reset your password, click the "Forgot Password" link below the login button.

- You will then need to complete a 2SA check.
A verification code will be sent to the phone number associated with your Plastiq account. Enter this verification code and click "Verify." An email will now be sent to your email address.

- Locate this email from Plastiq in your inbox. Confirm the reset by clicking the button shown in this email. You will then be taken to a page where you can enter a new password.
